Cash payments
You can now accept cash right inside AlfaPOS.
When a customer pays with cash, choose Cash at checkout and enter the amount they handed you. AlfaPOS does the math and shows the change due. Once the sale is done, email the customer a receipt.
Cash sales show up in your history alongside card transactions, with a Cash label so you can always tell them apart. Refunds settle instantly, with no waiting on the card networks. And because cash doesn’t need a connection, the flow keeps working even when the internet drops – the sale is saved and syncs automatically once you’re back online.
Sales report
See card, cash, and invoice sales together in one place, for any period you choose.
No more exporting spreadsheets and adding things up by hand. Pick a period and AlfaPOS lays out your gross sales, discounts, taxes, net sales, refunds, and tips – so you can see exactly how the day or the month came together.
Break the numbers down by how customers paid, with separate views for card, cash, and invoices. A Products sold section shows how many products you sold (or how much, by weight), and how much you made. Account owners can switch between team sales and their own. And when you need the raw numbers for your accountant, export the report as a CSV in a couple of taps.
