Invoice payments
Issue invoices instead of charging a card on the spot, letting customers pay later.
Select Invoice on the Payment options screen, pick the customer, choose a payment term, and you’re done. The invoice is sent straight to the customer’s email with a payment link, and they can pay online whenever it works for them.
Invoices are powered by Stripe, so everything is tracked on your Stripe dashboard alongside your other payments. Nothing extra to set up – if you’re already processing payments through Stripe, invoicing is ready to go.
We’ve also added a new Invoices section inside the app, where you can see every invoice you’ve issued, check its status, and drill into the details without leaving AlfaPOS.
